Position OverviewFor this key position within our company, we are looking for a candidate with solid experience in the field of IT infrastructures, with recognised expertise in the management of LAN, WAN and WiFi networks, hosting, data storage and backup. The IS/IT Infrastructure Domain Manager manages all the operations and resources for production, support, and technical architecture for the business unit's activity. He/she is responsible for achieving the service quality and safety levels expected by users. He/she leads and coordinates the activities of the entity's various sectors and the people involved, to guarantee optimum operation of the services he/she has to produce (planning, organization, deadlines, standards, etc.

). As an activity manager, he/she directs, leads, coordinates, and manages an IT unit to achieve the objectives set as part of the strategy defined for his/her department.

He/she is the driving force behind proposals for major IS developments in line with the strategy determined by the IT Director. He/she is the guarantor of IT services produced with quality and security at optimum cost. The ideal candidate will also have a good knowledge of the digital workplace and local and help desk services.

They will need to be able to manage a team of 20-25 people in 5 different countries, as well as managing telecoms infrastructure suppliers and end-users effectively. A dynamic, proactive candidate capable of taking strategic decisions in line with the company's objectives.

International experience and a culture of operational excellence will be valued assets. This role requires managerial and leadership skills. Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise all production of services in his/her domain (studies, roadmap, run support, expertise, architecture, configuration management, CMDB, etc.

). Manage, administer, and operate hardware, operating software, and basic software, optimizing IT resources. Position requests for changes (initiatives, projects, MCO, etc. )

in an evolving business environment. Ensure system reliability and apply emergency and back-up plans. Guarantee quality, deadlines, and costs of computer processing. Check the reliability of systems for Business and data security; define contingency plans as necessary. Propose maintenance of production resources at an appropriate technical level and anticipate technological developments. Coordinate data processing in optimal conditions of quality, deadlines, and costs. Organize information dissemination in the event of disruption. Monitor service contracts in his/her field, working with the Contract Manager and the Sourcing Department. Lead and manage the staff in his/her unit; draw up and monitor the workload plan. Oversee financial management and ensure compliance with budgetary procedures. Ensure projects and applications are consistent across domains. Monitor performance indicators and propose solutions to improve productivity. Facilitate dialogue between business and IS/IT players. Promote the use of IS mapping through consultancy and communication activities. Be organized, rigorous, and methodical in managing the department's activities, budget, and schedules. Provide efficient service to users and business units, understanding their needs and problems. Lead and motivate teams, guarantee process application, and manage projects collaboratively. Position based in Italy or France.
