Team Overview and Job Responsibilities

Key responsibilities:- You'll closely collaborate and support the IT Customer Centricity Responsible in all the initiatives (ex.

rollouts in Netherlands, US & Canada, North Europe, China)- You'll guarantee technical coherence both in Application Maintenance (AMS) and Projects- You'll assure that all the platforms are up to date with the last releases and functionalities- You'll support the Budget process, while coordinating external consultants and maintaining the relation with the suppliers

Who are we looking for?

Technical Key requirements:- Master's degree in engineering or economics- Technical knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Communities, Pardot, BIT2WIN (desirable)- Experience on Apex code, analytics and knowledgeable on DevOps approach, Google Analytics, Copado (desirable), GitHub(desirable)- Data Integration experience with other platforms via middleware (Tibco and Mulesoft)- Excellent command of written and spoken English- Coordination & Project Management skills
