The mission of the IT Digital Architecture team is to provide a consistent view across all IT projects, establishing common strategy and foundations for the digital transformations, in line with the Group Digital & Business Technology and Company's goals.

**Job Purpose

For our IT Digital Architecture team, we are looking for a skilled enterprise architect who will actively contribute to:

- designing the IT architecture framework and guidelines, consistent with the IT strategy, sharing and effectively communicating them; cooperating with the IT business partners and project leaders in the project architecture definition, ensuring the IT projects can benefit from architectural compliance.

- representing the architecture team in digital transformation programs, consistently with the IT strategy and architecture frameworks, fostering innovation while designing the architectures, supporting the governance processes design, in collaboration with the Digital Architecture manager.

- Improving, governing and sharing the enterprise architecture knowledge, through the Barilla enterprise architecture tool, making the information actionable for the IT teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate to define architecture evolution strategies and frameworks to support the IT programs and projects.

- Starting from the strategies, define, sharing and supervise the architectural guidelines for the projects.

- Help in defining, tuning and operating the IT solutions design and governance processes.

- Collect, maintain and govern the architecture information in all the enterprise architecture layers (Business, Application, Data and Integration, Infrastructure).

- IT trends and innovations scouting and sharing.

- Participate to the digital transformation programs, architecture review boards, designing the appropriate transition architectures.

- Support the Digital Architecture manager to develop the Digital Architecture unit.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in enterprise architecture roles in a complex environment, within a company or big consultancy firm

- Master's degree in Informatics, Engineering, Maths.

- Experience in project management and agile methodologies.

- Ability to create and nurture excellent relationship at all levels within the IT.

- Digital transformation program experience.

- Enterprise architecture principles, processes and organization.

- Enterprise architecture tool knowledge.

- IT organization and basics processes.

- Proficient both in English and Italian.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Leadership, teamworking and relationship skills.

- Curiosity, pleasure to explore IT innovative solutions and proactive approach.

- Knowledge of SAP main solutions and cloud architectures is a plus.

- Certifications in enterprise architecture, eg.

TOGAF is a plus.
