As IT Digital Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for the various Digital teams of all business divisions.

Maintaining a global vision you will be able to decline the individual needs of each Division of L'Oréal Italia.

You will support or be responsible, depending on the project, of the following activities:

**Roll-out of IT EMEA solution**:

Collect local requirements (Fit/Gap analysis)

Support in the definition roll-out plan

Support brands in the usage of the solution (kick-off, training, bug fixing)

Single point of Contact between Country and IT EMEA

**Drive Local Initiatives

Manage security assessment

Verify GDPR compliancy

Interact with third party vendor

Support in the execution of the project

**Ambassador of new ways of working

Conduct training sessions for Agile methodology

Organize Agile experience activity (Travel Game)

Assess and support of Agile Projects

**You will be responsible for Security and GDPR activities

Address / Close issues and vulnerabilities on local properties

Manage security assessment

Manage One Trust for new / existing domains (Consent and Cookie banner)

Manage requests of customer deletion from DB

Work close and align with Legal and Fiscal department

Ideally you have:

- Specific experience of at least 2 years in the IT industry (IT consulting, Specialized Agencies, Reference IT Companies).

- Strategic and operational knowledge of the Digital B2C world, eCommerce, eRetail, eMarketing, mCommerce, Mobile, CRM.

- Ability to build strong relationships with IT and Business divisions

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with short-term deadlines

- Curiosity for the world of beauty and cosmetics.
