**Job Description** What will you take care of?

You will Work as an **IT Business Partner** for business areas by contributing and setting priorities and helping define functional and technical solutions related to do business needs.

- ** Proactively engages** key global stakeholders to gather business and functional needs and provide support and new ideas on business process design and improvements;

- ** Develop** and maintain in-depth knowledge of functional business processes;

- Serve as the point of contact for any questions related to global manufacturing and quality solutions, maintaining effective communication channels and positive working relationships;

- Contribute to the definition of business cases, in collaboration with business stakeholders, identifying new solutions to support business capabilities and, once approved, ensuring the construction of a globally deployable platforM/Framework;

- Ensure that proposed solutions are aligned with functional requirements as well as the overall technology framework and quality;

**Qualifications

- ** Education**: Degree in IT or similar

- ** Personality**: Excellent organizational skills, precision, proactivity, predisposition to teamwork and interpersonal relationships complete the profile.

- ** Experience and Knowledge**:3 - 5 in similar position at least

- ** Languages**:Italian knowledge is mandatory. Good knowledge of the English language (Minimum B2 Level)
