In 2020 Italdesign obtained the Top Employers Certification for the sixth consecutive year. StellenbeschreibungItaldesign is looking for a creative and accurate IT Digitalization Specialist, who will be employed in the ICT department of the Italian site of Italdesign.

S/He will be responsible to reach the targets of the assigned field of development. ResponsibilitiesAs IT Digitalization Specialist you will be part of the internal digitalization activities for Italdesign and forthe development of customer tailored digital solutions.

Here are some of the responsabilities:

Implement a consistent roadmap for the related IT services and digital platfoms;Engage continuously with customers and stakeholders by agile practices;Drive involved teams by with a clear and descriptive set of epics and user stories;Guarantee correct Software development practices in terms of quality and delivery;Working collaboratively with engineers, software architects and UX/UI specialists;Align products vision with the strategy;Mantain all the development teams aligned and motivated. AnforderungsprofilKey requirementsAgile projects experience;Minimum 5-years experience in technical roles (software development initiatives);Amazon Web Services Architect or equivalent experience (AWS only);DevOps practices;Modern IT Architecture (container);Software Development best practices;Strong systems thinking capability;Problem-solving attitude to identify complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions;Positive and teamwork attitude. Preferential requirementsScrum Master or Product Owner Certification;Analysis and accuracy skills;Creativity;Flexibility and change management;Problem solving and decision making;Organization and time management;Experienced in international project. Sonstige InformationenEducation:

Bachelor/Masters Degree in Automotive, Mechanical, Management Engineering or similar;Language skills:

Fluent knowledge of written and spoken Italian and English (at least B2 level); knowledge of basic German would be appreciated (with willingness to improve);Workplace:
