Your Opportunity: As IT Ecommerce Associate Manager you will be responsible for tracking and implementing new technical solutions and supporting workflows within the eCommerce architecture behind the Versace brand. In this role, you will play a key part in designing and optimizing seamless processes, ensuring the smooth operation of systems from order placement to final delivery to the customer. Your contributions will directly impact the customer experience, ensuring the highest standards of functionality and performance across all stages of the eCommerce journey.

Your Contribution: Contribute to designing cutting-edge technical solutions within the eCommerce architecture, with a focus on Salesforce Commerce Cloud, to deliver innovative and seamless digital experiences. Collaborate in defining comprehensive and realistic test scenarios, involving multiple stakeholders, to ensure solutions are robust, error-free, and provide a smooth and reliable user experience. Support end-to-end test execution, managing communication with all teams involved, quickly addressing issues, and tracking progress to ensure project success at every stage. Identify and document any gaps in processes and procedures, providing clear and detailed insights into best practices from both a technical and operational perspective to optimize IT team efficiency. Continuously monitor the status of eCommerce platform services, ensuring infrastructure stability, scalability, and flawless customer experiences by proactively preventing disruptions and ensuring service continuity. Your Skills: Experience in the Digital/eCommerce Space: Over a year of exposure to technical aspects of the Digital or eCommerce domain, with a preference for familiarity with Salesforce Commerce Cloud. Relevant Educational or Professional Background: Holds a university degree in computer engineering, brings equivalent experience in a technology-focused role, with a strong understanding of technical systems. Familiarity with Web Development Basics: Comfortable working with core web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Node. js to understand the structure and functionality of websites. Basic SQL Knowledge: Able to use SQL to query databases and retrieve relevant data to support decision-making and reporting. Experience with Collaboration Tools: Knowledge of ticketing and documentation platforms like Jira and Confluence for managing tasks, tracking progress, and maintaining clear communication within teams. Strong Analytical & Communication Skills: Well-developed ability to analyze complex situations, stay organized, and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
