IT Ecommerce Specialist (f/m/d) Your Tasks:

Support the Digital business within Salesforce Commerce CloudProvide 2nd level support for Commerce Cloud technical issuesIdentify gaps and document the working proceduresPreparing training session for the business stakeholders involved in DigitalUnderstanding strategic business drivers and gather the requirements for the IT Business Application Road Map execution/planning Your Profile:

You have a university degree in computer engineering, business administration or relevant experience in a similar technology-oriented positionYou have previous knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Admin certificate is a plusYou have experiences within the Digital/eCOM domain, preferable Fashion relatedKnowledge of ITIL and Agile approach to support and project managing, requirements engineering is an advantageFluent in English, both written and spoken.
