To strengthen our IT department at our Office in Milan, we are looking for a committed and reliable personality to join us as soon as possible as a IT Ecommerce Specialist (f/m/d) Your Tasks: - Support the Digital business within Salesforce Commerce Cloud - Provide 2nd level support for Commerce Cloud technical issues - Identify gaps and document the working procedures - Preparing training session for the business stakeholders involved in Digital - Understanding strategic business drivers and gather the requirements for the IT Business Application Road Map execution/planning Your Profile: - You have a university degree in computer engineering, business administration or relevant experience in a similar technology-oriented position - You have previous knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Admin certificate is a plus - You have experiences within the Digital/eCOM domain, preferable Fashion related - Knowledge of ITIL and Agile approach to support and project managing, requirements engineering is an advantage - Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
