We are looking for an "IT Ecosystem & Operations Lead".

WHAT WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO TAKE CARE OF Develop and implement IT strategies that align with business objectives. Lead and mentor the IT operations team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Define and drive the vision for the IT ecosystem, ensuring alignment with company goals. Oversee daily IT operations, ensuring systems are running smoothly and efficiently. Manage IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and software applications. Ensure robust security protocols and compliance with industry standards and regulations. Identify areas for improvement within IT operations and develop plans to address them. Streamline IT processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Implement best practices in IT service management, including incident, problem, and change management. WHAT WE WISH YOU'D BRING WITH Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT operations and ecosystem management. Strong leadership and team management skills. In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems integration, and security protocols. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Proven track record of successfully managing IT projects. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with vendor management and contract negotiations.
