About this opportunity:
Our Exciting Opportunity here for you! We are now looking for an individual contributor role of IT Engagement & Delivery Manager in Italy.
You will work together with IT Engagement and Delivery SEME team to ensure that IT services, currently in production, are delivered as expected to business users. You will work together with the whole team to govern the complete delivery of Enterprise IT to the business, and act as an escalation point for issues with Services / Solutions / Products. You will work with others on solutions and applications, already in production or in projects and work closely with business and EIT teams to build new / future solutions.

What you will do:
Accountable for IT infrastructure operations, including security, cost, stability, sustainability, site dimension and capacity, and IT hardware asset management.
Adhere to IT standard practices for incident, problem, and change management, as well as configuration management.
Ensure local IT support delivers a positive employee experience, covering IT support, local links, MWPs, mobiles, printers, VC, and TFS hands-on supervision and provision.
Lead IT rollout projects, including infrastructure updates, upgrades, migrations, and represent the Engineering & Delivery Unit in RE projects, while managing office transformations and acting as the primary contact for designated sites.
Oversee Business Continuity Management (BCM) activities, ensuring IT responsibilities are agreed upon and delivered.
Ensure site compliance and security, following the Group IT Information Security Management System (ISMS) to preserve assets, information security, control structures, and maintain IT security SLAs, including regular checks and vulnerability scans.
Perform regular risk self-assessments and ensure actions are delivered as planned.
Ensure lab and test plant network connectivity meets agreed security standards.
Responsible for achieving financial strategic targets and managing the local portfolio lifecycle and compliance based on agreed guardrails with Product Areas.
Manage local applications governance, vendor management, and lead local application solution agreements with the business, owning financial and service level agreements.
Skills
The skills you bring:
Education: Academic degree to Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant degree
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
Proficiency in English and Italian, oral and written plus skill to work with multi-national global organizations with the ability to establish good working climate in a virtual environment.
Work from site and ability to travel 40% of time national or international
Excellent communication and presentation skills
