**About the Role

Major Accountabilities:

- Serve as a trusted advisor to key users and stakeholders, guiding them through technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

- Guarantee the delivery of projects and programs on time, within budget, and with uncompromised quality.

- Keep abreast of emerging technologies and integration opportunities to ensure our engineering capabilities remain cutting-edge.

- Conduct fit-gap analyses, advocating for standard solutions while tailoring customizations as needed.

- Lead Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives and benchmarks to confirm proposed IT solutions.

Job Location:

Hybrid: Primarily based at the Bologna Headquarters (60% onsite), with the flexibility to work remotely up to 40%.

**What You Need to Be Successful

- A bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering.

- 2-3 years' experience with high-end Configure Price Quote (CPQ) systems.

- 2-3 years understanding of BOM Transformation processes (EBOM, SBOM, MBOM)

- Proficiency in at least one major CAD system, such as Solidworks or Creo, is desirable.

- Familiarity with at least one of the major PLM systems is desirable (Windchill, Teamcenter, Aras).

- Programming expertise is desirable

- Knowledge of SAP is advantageous.

- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

- Proven project/program management capabilities.

- Effective communication skills, easing effective stakeholder engagement.

- A collaborative team player with a track record of fostering team success.

- Innovative problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to challenges.

- A resilient "Can do" attitude, driving projects to fruition.
