The IT ERP Specialist will be responsible for the accomplishment of day-by-day ERP operations, he/she will be responsible forthe analysis of any new requirements requested by any business areas of the company (manufacturing, delivery, retail, e-commerce, CRM, customer care, finance).

Within the Valextra IT department, the IT ERP Specialist will report to the Head of IT and will be the guarantor of a good understanding of the business needs and their answers in terms of IT solutions.

**Responsibilities**:

Provide 1st level support to HQ personnel on ERP operations (i. e.

finance, logistics, accounting, manufacturing);

Monitor ERP interfaces from/to both internal and external services (i. e.

logistics, BI, Retail software);

Monitor Retail data interfaces from/to all stores;

Coordinate third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects and accomplishment of day-by-day IT operations, especially ERP tasks;

Work both with internal stakeholders and third parties/vendors to define solutions for any new requirements (main focus is ERP);

Manage projects with top-down oversight throughout entire execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline;

Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements;

Support the setup, installation, configuration and troubleshooting of network infrastructure, PC and Server hardware/software and peripherals.

Job Skills & Qualifications

Required:

Solid background in ERP solutions;

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;

Good investigative and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail;

Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in cloud and on-prem systems and platforms;

Knowledge and experience of MS SQL and Oracle DB;

Knowledge of network protocols;

Fluent in English, oral and written.

Preferred:

Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012;

Experience of infrastructure and security implementation projects;

Experience of Retail operations and software.
