**Job description**:

Would you like to start a new professional adventure as **IT Business Analyst** in one of our opportunities in the **Food and Beverage** world in **Italy (remote)?

**What will you do?

- Help organizations improve their systems and processes;

- Works across both business and IT to provide technology solutions;

- Working closely with multiple stakeholders to gather, analyze and define current business processes as well as requirements;

- Analyze & determine business requirements and translate them into detailed functional specification;

- Provide support to the Project Manager and Development Teams for all functional topics;

- Ensuring requirements issues are tracked, reported, and resolved in a timely manner;

- Provide support and attend to the User Acceptance Tests (UAT);

- Supporting users' participation in deployments and implementation activities.

**What do we request?

- Bachelor's degree in business, information systems or related discipline, or equivalent;

- 4+ years of relevant experience as IT Business Analyst in IT Finance area;

- Experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization and in English;

- Experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams;

- Experience in troubleshooting;

- Understanding of business practices;

- Experience in operational coordination of multidisciplinary teams;

- Experience in SDLC - Software Development Life Cycle;

- Excellent communication skills;

- Analytical mindset;

- Problem-solving aptitude;

- Fluent English.
