Essential Functions:

- Actively support Finance roadmap for TAX processes and future landscape definition

- Develops relationships with technical and business partners to understand current and emerging business, technical

- Clearly communicate with customers to ensure a complete understanding of the requirements.

- Project management: plan, design, test, document complex system enhancements or small Projects according to specifications and company standard.

Document business requirements and prepare functional specifications.

Ensure correct completion of UAT documentation.

Follow up on implementations and change management leveraging on the Application delivery team.

Respect the deadlines and budget.

- Review test requirements, plan and execute quality assurance to ensure the delivery of error-free products

- Control tickets for incidents, demands and errors to guarantee System availability and SLA agreed with suppliers,

needs and reduce systems maintenance cost

- Maintain a good understanding and awareness of the budgetary guidelines adopted by the IT Organization.

- Manage the performance and relationship with both internal (CNHi IT) and external suppliers

Education and Experience:

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Accounting / Finance, or other related field or equivalent work experience.

- Experience in project management, with strongly developed organizational and time managements skills to move a project from beginning to completion.

- 3-5 years' experience supporting Finance Systems and tools

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

- English language: written and spoken

- Teamwork and good communications skills.

- Knowledge of standard office tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.

- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle.

- Awareness of end-user computing and collaborative technologies
