**About the Role**:

We are currently looking for an IT Financial Planning and Consolidation Specialist junior for a maternity substitution who will be part of IT Finance Center of Expertise Team reporting to the IT Financial COE Manager.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Support IT managers inside the CoE Finance with the main activities (ticketing, pr creation, resource planning support)

- Database update, data collection and data analysis for the AMS team

- Collect and address the main finance user requests

- Through proactive monitoring or during testing phase, identify and fix potential IT defect and evaluate IT Enhancement/Improvement requests

- Coordinate the dedicate support during month/year-end closure and during recurring planning cycle for budget/forecast process.

**Who we are looking for**:

- A graduate in IT, Engineering or Business Management

- A professional with experience on Oracle PBCS and FCCS module as well as SAP FI COPA will be considered a plus.

- Strong analytical skills and problem solving oriented

- Proactive and team player

- Ability to organize and meet deadlines

- Good communication skills

- Team Management skills are a plus

- Experienced in international companies in FMCG or retail with central HQ / Service company are considered a plus

- Proficiency in English.

Other languages will be considered as a plus (Italian, German, Spanish, etc.

)

- Excellent MS-Office (excel, powerpoint) complete the skills
