**Duties & Responsibilities**:

As part of the team, you will contribute to:

- Gather customer requirements and perform functional analysis

- Process analysis

- Plan and execute system and integration test

- Handle knowledge transfer and hand over of customer solutions from project teams

- Coordinate communication with the customer

- Liaising with other internal departments to tune/optimize/enhance solution features

**Education & Experience**:

- 2+ years as IT Functional Analyst in a consultancy company or software house

- Knowledge of AGILE methodology is a plus

- Knowledge of the software lifecycle

- Degree in Engineering, Statistic, Mathematics or similar

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, MS Excel is mandatory

**Location**: Casalecchio di Reno (Bologna) or Milan with flexible work arrangements
