We are looking for a **fresh graduate willing to join our our Digital Execution Excellence Platform team** for **6 months of internship experience**!

The **IT Functional Analyst Intern** will support in transforming data into meaningful insight and stakeholder's needs into solutions!

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

As part of the team, you will contribute to:

- Take part in gathering customer requirements and performing functional analysis

- Support the process analysis

- Collaborate in planning and executing system and integration test

- Support in handling the knowledge transfer and handover of customer solutions from project teams

- Assist in coordinating communication with the customer

- Collaborate in liaising with other internal departments to tune/optimize/enhance solution features

**Education & Experience**:

- New graduates in Computer Science/STEM-related fields

- Fluent in the English language,

- good analytical skills and a detail-orientation.

**Location**: Casalecchio di Reno (Bologna) or Milan with flexible work arrangements
