The purpose of the IT Governance Analyst is to support all the activities of IT Governance organization with specific focus on budget and financial aspects, internal control and PMO. Job Description:

IT Audit & Governance:

To support in preparation and execution of internal and external IT Audits. To coordinate activities and teams including local IT and Business resources to prepare IT Audit evidence and documentation. To support the enhancement of compliance with IT standards and consolidate effective IT procedures.

IT Financial Controlling & Reporting:

To monitor, analyze and prepare reporting of IT budget, investments expenditures and costs. To support in the execution of procurement process for IT department, from creation of purchase orders for IT projects and activities to invoice management and reporting. To define, implement and monitor KPI in collaboration with the IT Team.

IT Project and PortfolioManagement:

To support the execution of PMO processes and activities for the governance of IT and Business projects. To manage financial controlling and reporting procedures for the monitoring, analysis and reporting of IT projects expenditures.

Compliance & Methodology:

To support the development, implementation and maintenance of IT Governance policies Job key requirements:

Degree in Economics or EngineeringAdvanced use of MS Office tools (word, excel, power point, etc)Knowledge of IT Governance (ex:

COBIT) and Best practices (ITIL, Agile, Prince) is a plusFluent in English languagePower BI and/or MS Project knowledge is a plus.

Understanding the business processes, ability to self-motivate and work independently, communication and presentation skills, pronounced proactive approach, planning skills and ability to follow up - deliver results, ability to manage complexity and work under pressure and problem solving complete the profile.
