BTO, academic driven consulting company advising large enterprises on digital reinvention and offering Project Management services in the IT field, is looking for a IT Governance Manager that will help us and our client to reorganize how IT Governance works today, as part of a broader organizational transformation initiative.

**IT Governance Manager**:

**Exciting tasks awaits you**:

Contribute to the IT Governance/Strategy redefinition of a local entity of a global IT shared service provider;

Leverage best practices in IT Governance environment such as COBIT, ITIL and ISO27001 in advising how design and implement an enhanced IT governance;

Enhance IT operations and KPIs monitoring and controlling;

Reporting on IT Governance Performance;

Financial coordination of IT governance cost measurement;

Review of the financial management reports;

Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting;

Managing charge back inter company mechanism;

Management of risks and opportunities during execution of the project;

Monitoring adherence of project timeline with the decided schedule plan;

Management of communication and relations with the stakeholders involved

**You bring in**:

From 5 years of relevant working experience in the area of (IT) Governance / (IT) Strategy, preferably in an international organisation or multilateral environment;

Basic knowledge of market standards and best practices in the IT governance environment such as COBIT, ITIL and ISO27001;

Solid understanding of business operations, IT processes, data analysis and budgeting

Optimal relational, communication, team management and coordination skills;

Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, capable of communicating with diverse target groups;

Practical experience using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word;

Bachelor's Degree;
