JOB PURPOSEThe Candidate will join the Group IT Governance team with the goal of supporting the function in managing "IT-for-IT" processes and the relationship with main IT function stakeholders. The Candidate – operating within the team based at Headquarters level - will support the function in coordinating the IT project & portfolio, in managing the budgeting/monitoring & forecasting processes for the IT function, in designing the evolution of the IT Operating Model and supporting its adoption, and in coordinating interactions with the main stakeholders of the IT Group function. RESPONSIBILITIESSupport digitalization of IT processes, ensuring efficient management and adoption of governance toolsSimplify IT4IT operations and interactions with other internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goalsDesign / evolve and drive adoption of IT Operating and Delivery modelDesign IT procedures to streamline processesCoordinate IT budget management and cost controlTrack and measure IT performance, delivery, and qualityIdentify and propose new solutions to address emerging business issuesKNOWLEDGE AND SKILLSMaster's degree in Information Technology or Engineering fields2+ years of relevant experience in Retail, Fashion industry or IT consultingKnowledge of IT processes and services, preferably with a focus on the Retail and Fashion/Luxury sectors. Strong competence and experience in managing budget / cost control processes, and enablement of tools to support itKnowledge of SDLC processes for both waterfall and agile methodologies, and related frameworks such as ITIL and SAFeStrong competence and experience in Operational Model design for IT functions (operational model, roles and responsibilities, procedures, sizing, organizational model) and change management for their adoptionStrong attitude for continuous improvements and digitalization as strategic lever driving efficiency and simplificationExperience in designing and developing presentations and data views to support IT LeadershipPrevious project and program management experience, preferably gained by tackling complex transformative programsAbility to prioritize effectively and work across different teamsPublic speaking, presentation skills and logical reasoning capabilityOrganized and detail orientedFluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken #J-18808-Ljbffr
