Discover Extraordinary* Every Day. The Role Designed For YouSystems and Network Engineer 1. Purpose and main priorities of the role:Directly reporting to the Group Network & Systems IT Manager, the candidate will join the global IT Infrastructure function located in Verona, supporting the IT infrastructure projects and activities across the entire Group.

2. Your responsibilities will include:Take care of the design, installation, configuration and monitoring of the corporate IT server and network infrastructure, cloud and/or on-premise, respecting and promoting the IT security principles. Provide support to both end users and colleagues in the Information Technology area for diagnostic purposes. Understand complex technical issues and manage them within a fast-paced business environment. Identify and implement solutions to problems and malfunctions that may occur. Propose and implement new technological solutions for the maintenance of the IT infrastructure in perfect efficiency in line with the needs of the business and the evolution of the company. Collaborate with external suppliers on specific projects or in support and maintenance cases for which external intervention is required. Cooperate cross-functionally on specific transformation projects that require server and network capability. Support the monitoring and the management of infrastructure incidents, finding the best solution for any specific context and user request. 3. Who we are looking for:Good understanding in cyber security principles and remediations. Good knowledge in cloud infrastructure (MS Azure). Good knowledge of O365. Solid understanding of MS Active Directory. Solid understanding of Windows operating systems (client/server). Solid understanding of Vmware. Solid understanding of backup/restore infrastructure. Good knowledge of Network infrastructure (firewall, switch, access point, router). Good knowledge of Citrix. Professional certifications (Microsoft and/or Networking) would be considered a plus. Sharp troubleshooting skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to translate complex IT matters to those without an IT background. Ability to manage multiple tasks, with strong time management and organizational skills. Proactive and autonomous approach together with a clear ability to cooperate with others, understanding needs of internal clients. Willingness to travel across Group locations. 4. What you can expect from the selection process:The selected profiles will meet the HR Business Partner, the Group Network & Systems IT Manager and the Group Head of IT Infrastructure.
