Description

Your Responsibilities:

- Responsible for collaboration with business IT representatives and IT project teams, IT Service Managers, Application Managers, Enterprise and Solution Architects and Specialists to estimate the effort for IT integration solutions/services development, change requests and releases.

Is responsible for entire requirements management process and organizing and managing delivery on Integration and Automation Platforms (I&A) side.

Ensures that the final solution build within I&A meets business objectives and follows I&A and Enterprise Architecture standards.

- Ensures selection of the most appropriate delivery approach on I&A side in response to each IT demand considering such aspects as direct delivery vs enablement, internal/external sourcing, etc.

- Leads and drives implementation activities within I&A, using either internal and/or 3rd party resources, and ensures that all related activities are executed in accordance with company procedures, release objectives, applicable quality standards, safety requirements, cost and scheduling targets.

- Assists in the implementation and continuous improvement of I&A internal and cross-functional processes related to IT Services.

For assigned tasks, executes all actions in IT processes according to agreed RACI specification.

- Keeps up-to-date and informed of any change, or planned change, of the Hitachi Energy IT Enterprise Architecture and IT Strategy.

- Manages stakeholders' expectations and relationship

Your Background

- Bachelor's or higher degree in technical or business discipline or equivalent experience

- High sense of responsibility and commitment; dynamism and a high degree of resilience-Thorough knowledge of SDLC.

- Strong IT project management skills and experienceso Including agile methodologies and DevOpso PMP certification is an advantage.

- Strong team player and collaborator.

- Fluent spoken and written English, other foreign languages will be a plus.
