It Incident/ Service Manager
Pan-european market infrastructure Incident Manager Azienda Our client is the leading pan-European market infrastructure.
Offerta Key Accountabilities:
- Overseeing incident management process and team members involved in resolving incidents.
- Manage every aspect of the incident starting with its assessment and leading up to its resolution.
- Lead recurring meetings to keep relevant parties updated on the status of the incidents.
- Respond to a reported incident, identify the cause and initiate the incident management process accordingly with the group practice and SLA.
- Communicate with top management if major issues are identified.
- Develop and maintain incident processes and procedures related documentation.
- Document incident details, causes, and resolution actions.
Competenze ed esperienza Successful candidate:
- Previous experience in incident management and service management.
- Knowledge of IT service management software (e. g. , ITIL).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and coordination skills.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and proficiency in documenting incidents.
- Degree in computer science.
- Good knowledge of the English language.
