Mandatory knowledge of SPLUNK Developer, Open search, and ELK migration experience is required. Achieve a high level of performance quality and deliver projects that provide exceptional business value. Leadership skills to manage, lead teams, coach, counsel, support, and develop staff. End-to-end management of project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Practitioner of AGILE methodologies for delivering complex programs and projects. Manage a globally distributed and onshore-offshore delivery model. Implement change in complex technical environments and matrix organizations. Interface with stakeholders up to CxO levels in both business and technical languages. Negotiate conflicting stakeholders to drive a common objective among parties. Build and foster relationships with global multicultural business stakeholders. Design and deliver training programs for processes, tools, and technology. Knowledge of Banking Payment Systems and/or Banking Domain. Knowledge of ISO 20022 and SWIFT formats payment schemes. Manage multidisciplined project teams including DevOps engineers, IT architects, infrastructure specialists, developers, and testers.
