In a very dynamic and growing IT department, the IT Infrastructure Technical Project Manager reports to the IT Infrastructure Manager and is responsible to manage and coordinate projects related to IT Infrastructures.

- Fluent in English, oral and written.

Any other language is an advantage;

- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer science, engineering or equivalent;

- Must have at least 3+ years of experience as an IT technical Project Manager;

- Coordination, project management, risk management skills are mandatory;

- Good knowledge of MS Project, MS Visio, Power BI, Jira, ServiceNow or other IT Project and IT Service Delivery tools and technologies;

- Knowledge of IT Infrastructure and Operations best practices and processes;

- Knowledge of Cloud, Cloud Native solutions, development and programming is a plus;

- Knowledge of virtualisation solutions (VMWare, vCentre, & ESXi) is a plus;

- Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Azure AD, Intune is a plus;

- Service Management experience is an advantage;

- Strong leadership and decision-making skills;

- Strong analytical skills;

- Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences and to deliver with stretched deadlines.

- Collects and translates business and technical requirements into detailed specifications;

- Develops high level detailed programs and project plans;

- Follows up, monitors, tracks progress of the programs and projects;

- Ensures that all programs and projects are delivered on-time and quality;

- Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation;

- Contributes to complex IT project & programs, including software development;

- Develops spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps;

- Builds and maintains relationships with stakeholders and other IT units;

- Reports and escalates to stakeholders and management;

- Ensures compliance in alignment with MSC Security guidelines and contributes to security design;

- Optimizes and sets up IT Processes, IT documentation and reporting management;

- Contributes to Incident, problems and change management of related areas.
