For the implementation of our IT department, we are looking for an

IT Interface Manager (M/F/d) at our HQ in Ora (Bolzano - South Tyrol) or at our branches in Verona or Padua.

We are looking for a Data Exchange Manager to join our team and be in charge of the analysis, documentation and testing of both EDI and API interchanges with our customers and suppliers.

While the pure development of such interfaces is in the hands of dedicated specialists, you will take care of communication with all involved parties, understand needs and solutions, assign tasks to developers, test the releases, and ensure overall quality of the flow.

You will be in touch with both externals (customers, suppliers and third-party IT providers) and with our Business Units, scheduling and coordinating activities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Contact, analyse, document and test data exchange interfaces with customers and suppliers

- Analyse requirements and solutions with our Business Units

- Manage and negotiate with IT suppliers

- Manage workplans and define priorities with the stakeholders

- Monitor quality and deal with second-level troubleshooting (tickets, bugs, improvements)

- Ensure compliance with interface policies and standards

- Provide training and support to users and stakeholders

- Identify improvement areas and enhance quality and performance

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

- At least 5 years of experience in similar role

- Proficiency in technologies and standards, such as EDI, XML, JSON, REST, SOAP, etc.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Project management background and problem-solving attitude

- Ability to work both individually and in a workgroup

- Fluency in English and Italian languages
