What you'll do:

You will join the team of IT International Governance Project & System reporting directly to IT International Governance Project & System Manager

You will have the opportunity to be involved in the international expansion of Sisal mainly supporting customer operations and launch of new concessions.

In particular, you will be involved in business and technology decisions, in designing and executing transformation roadmaps.

You will coordinate and work with multiple teams across the world-wide organization facilitating the communication between different project teams and addressing issues, define and monitor project plans with dependencies and ensure on-time delivery.

Moreover, you will collect business needs and provide operational support to all project phases, adopt and update project management tools and organize periodic work progress meetings.

In addition, you will work with our Centres of Excellence in the development of pilot projects.

Furthermore, you will analyse and collect data to produce complex reports, identify and manage issues and monitor the sustainability of the areas.

You will actively propose process improvement opportunities.

Who you are:

- You have at least 1 years of experience in managing complex projects preferably in consultancy firms or companies in the entertainment industry;- You have a degree in Management Engineering or Business Economics;- You have excellent knowledge of Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project, etc.

);- You are proficient in English and Italian, both spoken and written;- You are analytic, proactive, excellent communicator and determined;- You know how to collaborate with different stakeholders and lead meetings.

Preferrably, you also have:

- Previous experience in International Companies;- Basic knowledge of Management Systems (e. g.

SAP, Dynamics, Oracle BI, etc.

).
