Role Purpose**:

IT Junior Solution Specialist / IT Compliance Officer will be responsible for providing assistance to the Hardware & Software Manager regarding IT Policies implementation (e. g.

Shadow IT Application Policy, Life Cycle Management Policy, Technology Resilience Policy).

Role's responsibilities will include:

- Act as a Single Point of Contact for IT Department Policies

- Coordinate Policies implementation in IT Department

- Support in Steering Committee preparation

- Manage reporting and relationship with Policy Assurance team

- Manage Policy training

**Key accountabilities and decision ownership**:

- Act as a Single Point of Contact for Vodafone Italy IT Department Policies, in an international context

- Coordinate Policies implementation in IT Department: cascading Policies requirement and managing evidences delivery through Control Owners and Control Operators

- Manage IT Policies Governance defining an effective Governance Model

- Support in Steering Committee preparation

- Manage reporting and relationship with Policy Assurance team, throughout deep dive discussions, negotiations and exceptions managing

- Manage Policy training: arrange training sessions and define contents for all Vodafone Italy Departments affected by each Policy (e. g Technology, Business)

**Core competencies, knowledge and experience**:

Mandatory:

- IT Processes & Systems Architecture

- Fluent English

- Effectiveness in complex international contexts

- Strong organisational skills and ability to work in a high demand and high pressure environment

- Proactive and result-driven

Preferred:

- Previous experience in a similar role

- Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI

- Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint

- Budget basic knowledge

**Technical / professional qualifications**:

- University degree in Management Engineering/ Computer Engineering (preferred)

- ITIL Foundation Certification (preferred)
