It Key Account Manager
For an innovative IT Company, Gold Partner Microsoft, we are looking for an **IT Key Account Manager**.
He/she will be comfortable with day-to-day activities, as well as long-term strategy, thriving with tight deadlines and changing needs.
If you are a people-person who loves the rewarding challenge of create and maintain valuable relationships with customers, this is the right opportunity!
Responsibilities and objectives of the role:
- Create and maintain valuable relationships with customer, becoming its main referent for the company
- Define and implement a sales development strategy on assigned customers
- Create and promote team work attitude with all the stakeholders (customers, product owners, product managers) involved in the retention activities
- Manage the planning of customers' activities together with Product Owners
- Promote the value stream generated for customers
- Create monthly reports to check and ensure profitability of the customer.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, business, or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience in implementing retention and development strategies with customers
- Experience in international enviornments
- Technical background related to software development
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
- Italian and English Language: fluent in reading, writing and speaking
- At least 5 years of experience in the role
