JOB PURPOSEThe resource will be part of the IT HR department. This team supports the HR team from a technical point of view to manage and support the following topics: different HR tools in place, technological infrastructures, data security, daily operations, and implementation of new technological solutions to optimize business processes.

The candidate that we are looking for is an IT HR Lead with a specific focus on SuccessFactors Employee Central module and Integration Center.

RESPONSIBILITIESIT HR Lead related to the Core HR systemFunctional analysis of new business requirementsAnalysis and test of new functionalities and reportsMaintenance and monitoring of the global data model and objectsUser assistanceKNOWLEDGE AND SKILLSBachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or economics.

Ideally, 2-3 years of experience within the IT HR world as Lead/Specialist in a company or in a consultancy firm.
