Role purpose**:

Moreover he/she will be responsible of the governance of the vendor involved in the area.

It is requested a previous experience in same areas or in IT customer centric tools and processes (CRM, CVM, Digital).

The understanding of the technical aspects of the loyalty platform and customer experience processes is a must of the role and a knowledge of Telco market ato be adherent of the role mission.

A good project management and analytics skills complete the skill requested.

Curiosity and familiarity in Technology and Leadership skills in managing different stakeholders in a complex environment is a must.

**Key accountabilities and decision ownership**:

- Be the technical reference of the business loyalty teams

- Manage the E2E activities assigned to achieve the business requirements within the agreed timelines with high quality and in an Agile work environment

- Governance of the internal development teams, the outsourced suppliers and all the stakeholders

- Provide the right communication of the project status and prepare the presentations for the top management

- Collaborate strictly with Operation teams in order to assure the best E2E service to the final customers

**Core competencies, knowledge and experience**:

- Experience of at least 5-7 years in IT departments as business analyst or IT project manager

- Strong knowledge of Business Support Systems (CRM, Ordering, Sales Platforms) and Digital Channels.

In particular, it is required experience in Campaign and Loyalty program solutions

- Fluent in speaking and writing in English

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**:

- Attitude to plan and organize work to deliver projects/activities as agreed

- Knowledge of the main test methodologies

- Great communication and influencing skills

- Knowledge of data security and privacy regulations

- Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/SAFe preferred)

**Studies**:

- Bachelor degree in computer science and/or engineering
