Position: IT Manager

Department: IT

Reports to: Director of Finance

Job Overview: Deep knowledge of informatics and IT systems useful to plan, analyze and manage the information systems.

Basic requirements: Qualifications: Academic Degree or diploma in the Informatics field Good knowledge of the English language At least 5 years of experience in the same field Knowledge of various Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Access, Microsoft SQL Server, and networking technologies Desirable: Specialization courses in Informatics or Master Essential skills: Ability to systematically respect deadlines Ability to efficiently organize workload Ability to take prompt and clear decisions Ability to respect private data of personnel Ability to maintain a professional image and language Ability to work under pressure Primary Job Functions: Handle information systems and maintain them by using Marriott standards and ensuring operational and functional systems upkeep.

Deal with external partners for hardware and software management, market analysis, and purchasing of essential components.

Manage client relationships and provide necessary technical assistance, ensuring high standards of security.

Oversee IT equipment, ensuring compliance with laws and standards, and manage upgrades.

Analyze and maintain the hardware infrastructure and network connectivity.

Handle disaster recovery procedures to ensure data recovery and system restoration in critical errors.

Provide support at 1st, 2nd, and 3rd levels to assist users and guests.

Collaborate with HQ Marriott on standards and manage essential updates for security and optimal upkeep.
