**Posizione**:
We are looking for **IT Merchandising Specialist** who will work with Global IT Core Team in Italy HQs.
- Manage the implementation of merchandising & supply chain planning platform across regions worldwide, considering modules of Merchandise Finance Planning, Assortment Planning, Demand & Forecasting, Allocation & Replenishment
- Analyze business requirements and define correct IT strategy to translate business process into IT solution;
- Participate actively in the project by taking in charge process design, functional specification analysis and validation, build and test solution, support go live and post go live
- Become first point of contact for issue resolution and continuous improvements
- Coordination and collaboration with External Consultants;
- Manage roll out for all companies within the regional scope
- Manage through internal and external resources the development and quality assurance of system customization and integrations with other systems.
**Other roles and responsibilities**:
- Manage budgets, resources, and relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and business partners
- Develop business case and cost/benefit analyses for IT spending and initiatives
- Manage and keep updated documentation such as requirements, functional analysis, minute of meetings, manuals, test books
**Requisiti**:
**Essential**:
- Graduate - University degree (or equivalent) in related Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field
**Required experience
- 3+ years of experience on Supply Chain Systems
- 3+ years of Project & Program Management
- 3+ years of experience in Retail/Fashion industry
**Desirable**:
- Proven experience on JDA - Blue Yonder platform
- International multi-industry experience
**Skills**:
- Fluent in English is a must, Italian and Spanish are a plus
- JDA / Blue Yonder or other SCM tools
- Passion for IT, technology & innovation
- Team and vendor management
- Program and Project Management
- Planning and organizing skills
- Good communication skills (interaction with multicultural environment, professional document writing, etc.
)
- Team leadership
- Knowledge of system design, development, implementation and user support principles and practices
