**Project description

Into a big digital transformation program, Lifestyle Design is running an important project with the goal to adopt a unique "state-of-the-art" ERP system, based on MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

The system will be connected with all others touch points, such as e-commerce, CRM (MS Dynamics 365 CE), Marketing automation, CAD, MES, APS, with the final scope to support our Digital strategy.

With more than 1. 100 worldwide users, 9 Brands, 5 Countries and 80 Showrooms is one of the major Microsoft ERP projects currently in progress.

The project is directed and lead by the Italian headquarter.

The internal team is currently composed by 1 Project Manager, 1 PMO, 2 IT Specialists with strong knowledge of D365 F&O and 10 Business Analysts (4 based in US).

A global system integrator is supporting the implementation; part of its team is located in US.

**Role description

- Working in conjunction to the project team and primarily to the internal IT specialists and Business Analysts

- Conducting process analysis to disclose both global and local requirements

- Supervising process and functional design activities

- Testing detailed functional design for business solution components and prototypes

- Planning and executing data conversion activities

- Driving test planning and execution

- Providing training to key and end users

- Project and program management that exhibits leadership in process re-engineering and implementation of process, technology, strategy, and organizational change

**Technical Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree: Business or technology related BA/BS

- 2+ full lifecycle implementations and experience in large and international IT projects

- Expertise in the operations area (Sales, Planning, Purchasing, Warehouse management, Manufacturing)

- 3+ years Dynamics AX or D365 F&O implementation experience

- Strong knowledge of project methodologies (knowledge of agile is preferred)
