BTO, consulting company offering Project Management services in the IT field, is looking for a Middle Project Manager for an important International client in the insurance field.

We are looking for people who are willing to business trips in Munich/ Barcelona.

**IT Middle Project Manager - International Area**:

**Main Activities**:

Plan, monitor and manage project baseline to ensure activities are occurring as planned - scope, budget, and schedule - manages variances and issues;

Manage and coordinate stakeholders and build a project communication structure both on internal provider and customer side;

Ensure on time, on budget and high quality project deliverables and high customer satisfaction;

Managing and leading the project team;

Control, monitor, implement project documentation;

**Establishing procedures within a project**: risk management, issue management, change management, communication management.

**Requirements**:

Bachelor Degree's (background in Accounting/ Financial/ Banking field is highly appreciated);

From 3 to 7 years of proven experience as PM in large IT Projects, ideally in the insurance sector;

Optimal relational, communication, team management and coordination skills;

Management skills and ability to work under pressure;

Knowledge of Microsoft Office is mandatory;

Fluent in English; Italian, German and Spanish will be considered as a plus.
