WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: We are looking for a passionate leader in IT Digital Employee Experience to join our IT team and lead the modernization and optimization of our digital workplace and overall digital employee experience.

You will have the opportunity to work with the latest technologies and solutions to enhance the productivity, satisfaction, and engagement of our employees.

In this role, you will be rethinking the digital employee experience in light of new AI and cloud technologies that can provide more personalized, proactive, and predictive support to our workforce.

You will leverage the power of AI to create innovative solutions that can improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and satisfaction of our employees.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Overseeing the modern workspace enablement using the latest technologies in terms of employee desk support, endpoint (PC and mobile) management, AI enabled solution to improve digital employee experience.

Overseeing the improvement plan and related projects Oversee the overall architecture of enablers for digital employee experience Rethinking the employee desk support and on-field support using also latest AI technologies Lead transformation of Microsoft M365, Copilot and AI tools, Intune/SCCM and Autopilot Leading a team of IT professionals and collaborating with other business units and external partners to deliver high-quality services and solutions.

Driving the strategy, vision, and roadmap for the IT Digital Employee Experience domain and ensuring alignment with the company's goals and values.

EXPECTED QUALIFICATIONS: Master's or PhD degree in Computer Engineering or related fields At least 5 years of experience in IT management, digital transformation, or employee experience design.

A strong knowledge of the latest technologies and trends in the IT Digital Employee Experience domain, such as cloud computing, endpoint management, AI, chatbots, self-service portals, security, etc.

Knowledge of Microsoft enterprise environments Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills, and ability to influence and engage with different levels of stakeholders A passion for innovation, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.

A proven track record of leading successful projects and teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
