Responsibilities:Deploying and configuring our NetEye solutions to meet client specificationsDesigning network infrastructure (Switch, WiFi, Firewall, Router)Key user trainingWorking closely together with the R&D department as well as with the support team to guarantee a continuous knowledge sharingRequired skills:Experience-based knowledge in System and Network monitoring and managementSkilled in troubleshooting/incident managementExperience-based knowledge with IT System Administration of Linux-based systemsKnowledge of Bash and PowerShell scriptingExcellent communication and relationship skillsFluency in German (mother tongue), good English & Italian language skillsExperience-based knowledge of Elastic stack, Python, Ansible and Kubernetes will be a plusWe offer:Training on our NetEye solution as well as on monitoring of heterogeneous IT environmentsCooperation with a highly qualified and engaged team of consultantsInvolvement in international IT Consulting projects inside as well as outside the Würth GroupFlexible working hours as well as home-office optionAttractive fringe benefits and appealing salary modelWide range of training (incl.
