The successful candidate will monitor and maintain functional IT systems with a focus for our HQ plant but supporting also external worldwide branches.

The candidate should have a good problem-solving attitude and a thorough knowledge of systems administration.

The position is based in our HQ in Zola Predosa (BO)

Responsibilities: Operation and configuration of computer networksPerformance and security issues of IT systemsConfiguration of Microsoft systemsCooperation in securing IT systems by establishing and enforcing policies, defining and monitoring accessImplement, administer, and troubleshoot network infrastructure devicesWork with Firewall and switching devicesManage and coordinate Supplier activitiesManage and coordinate remotely colleagues based in company branchesRun regular and extraordinary maintenances (patching and upgrade of existing systems, configuration of new systems)Requirements: Degree or diploma in IT disciplinesAt least 5-6 years of experience gained in multinational companies or consultancy companiesMandatory experience with VoIP systems, preferably Cisco Call Manager. Mandatory knowledge of Network and transport protocols - (IP, TCP, UDP, etc.
