It Onsite Support (M/F/D)
Dear Sir or Madam,
We at LAN IT 24 are currently looking for IT Supporters Onsite for our customers in Italy (Rome, Bologna)
**Start**: ASAP
Tasks
-- Installation of PCs, laptops, printers and other peripherals
-- IT user support
-- Experience in hardware management
-- working with ticket system
-- one day per week fix
-- additional calls on dispatch
**Requirements**:
-- Experience in computer science or similar field
-- Good written and spoken German
-- Ideally knowledge of English
-- Basic network knowledge
