We are looking for an Onsite IT Technician with experience in Desktop / End-user Support within an enterprise environment, preferably multinational companies.

You will be directly onsite with our customers, working on incoming tickets from users:

Setting up PC workplaces Installations, migrations, and rollouts User administration via Active Directory User support with MS Office, Windows, and other software issues Dealing with stock / asset management Providing support in meeting/conferencing rooms Providing smart hand support for server and network devices You will assist your users with creative solutions and a service-oriented approach.
