Role:We are looking for an Onsite IT Technician with experience in Desktop / End-user Support within an enterprise environment, preferably multinational companies. You will be directly onsite with our customers and working on incoming tickets from your users:Setting up PC workplacesInstallations, migrations, and rolloutsUser administration via Active DirectoryUser support with MS Office, Windows, and other software issuesDealing with stock / asset managementProviding support in meeting/conferencing roomsProviding smart hand support for server and network devicesYou will excite your users with creative solutions and a service-oriented approach.
