Tasks and ResponsibilitiesProvide technical and troubleshooting assistance related to computer hardware and software, mobile devices and other tech tools and productsFirst and second level technical support – calls/tickets/user interactionProvide prompt responses to IT related questions from end-usersReliable documentation of all end-user interactions in customer ticket system 'Service Now' (e. g. , incidents, requests)Create, maintain, utilize knowledge articlesProvide IT onboarding trainings to new startersContribute to continuous improvement initiativesMinimum RequirementsWillingness to work on a 6 month project (extensions possible)Language skills: fluent Italian, fluent English, other languages are a plus5+ years of experience in a similar roleStrong problem solving/analytical abilitiesExcellent communication skills and customer orientationAttention to detail and ability to multi-task, handling multiple stakeholdersAbility to prioritize and willingness to work self-sufficiently and well organizedTeam player and supportive personalityExperience in regulated IT environments is a plus (e. g.
