We are seeking a skilled IT Operations Specialist to join our Global IT Operations Team. This role is responsible for managing and maintaining the company's mission-critical datacenter infrastructure, ensuring uninterrupted operations and business continuity. As a member of the Global IT Operations Team, you will play a vital role in keeping our datacenters running smoothly and efficiently.

You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:? Managing the infrastructures relating to the company Data Centers, supportingthe current team in the ordinary and extraordinary management of the systems;? Administration of IT environments:o Vmwareo Microsoft and Linux operating systemso Active Directory Domaino Citrix and Netscaler infrastructureo Backup and monitoring system? Ensuring appropriate troubleshooting of problems and their managementthrough third-party vendors;? Supporting the Service Manager in monitoring supplier activities and takingcorrective action if necessary with a view to continuous service improvement;? Planning the maintenance and monitoring of the systems to ensure properfunctioning;? Implementing new infrastructure projects to modernise and improve systems? Collaborating in the implementation and infrastructural qualification activities forchanges and/or new projects. Requirements:Education: Degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science. Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience, ideally in multinational companies. Core Skills:o Reliability and flexibility. o Strong aptitude for teamwork. o Excellent proficiency in English (spoken and written). Technical Expertise:o Experience with Containers and Kubernetes. o Knowledge of Database management. o Familiarity with DevOps methodologies. o Understanding of Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
