**responsibilities

**- You will keep an eye on the maintenance, configuration and reliable operation of computer and network systems and guarantee the smooth running of software and hardware

- sezamo's warehouses are equipped with a lot of technology, which is essential for our processes and the work of our colleagues on site.

Therefore, it is important to keep track and to keep the necessary technology in the office and in the warehouse always up and running

- The allocation of software licenses, installation and updating of computer components as well as the creation and administration of user rights are second nature to you

- you continuously improve our administrative processes, are in constant exchange with our departments and help our employees to work efficiently

**Your

**experience

**- Completed training as an IT specialist or a completed course of study.

- Experience in IT administration/support: you are familiar with implementations and effective development of best practices for helpdesk and IT operations, installations of hardware and software you can do in your sleep, you are already familiar with operational IT systems (such as G Suite),

- Fluent in English

- You are familiar with hardware and keep the mobile scanners we use in the warehouse operational so that colleagues can carry out their work without delay
