**Job description**:

**? ? WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?
- **Minimum 7 years of experience in IT project management and at least 3 of them as an IT portfolio management.
**:
- Demonstrated expertise in program management, project management, and demand management.
- Proven track record of managing** financial figures (Actuals, Forecast & Budget) related to IT projects**.
- Proficiency with **Service Now** or similar project management tools.
- Proficiency with **PowerBi** or similar reporting tools.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Strong strategic planning and business acumen.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
- Proficient in IT project and portfolio management methodologies and tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or related certification.
- Familiarity with ITFM and PPM practices.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
**WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Monitor and collaborate with Project Managers on project budgets and financial forecasting, making necessary adjustments to meet project goals.
- Partner with the Financial Controller for alignment between ITFM and PPM.
- Track financial performance of projects and programs, providing detailed reports and recommendations.
- Act as the Functional Relationship Manager (FRM) single point of contact (SPOC), liaising with project managers to monitor project artifacts and status.
- Update the functional roadmap and manage scope changes effectively.
- Draft and distribute monthly highlight reports.
- Work with the Demand Management Team for proper demand creation in Service Now and follow-up until demands become projects.
- Assist with minute taking during Kick Off and Ideation Loop meetings and update the communication tab of demand in Service Now.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate financial or operational risks associated with projects.
- Oversee compliance with internal policies for all projects and investments.
- Assist in optimal resource allocation across projects and portfolios.
