Global IT Sales & Marketing working together with the CDO organisation focuses strongly on a customer-centric approach to deliver accelerated net growth. Our attention towards increasing sales, accelerating growth of existing products and implementing an agile development approach for new products.
The primary responsibility will be product management of Adobe Experience Manager Assets, Adobe Workfront and Fusion integrations with the aim of delivering a best-in-class content production and management system.
We're looking for a product Specialist who'll be the driving force in elevating our people, tools, and processes to unparalleled excellence. As IT Product Manager - Content Transformation, you'll take charge of driving the product strategy and development of our AEM suite and associated products. It's not just about product management; it's about shaping the future of how our Marketing and Salespeople work, learn, and grow. Delivering on our strategic vision will reshape the experience, optimize internal processes, and propel us towards new heights.
The key responsibilities in this role include:
- Taking complete ownership of the product lifecycle - from on-boarding an AEM Suite and development to launch, growth, and ongoing maintenance.
- Fulfilling the strategic vision for our internal Marketing IT Products, with a focus on enhancing the experience and optimizing internal processes
- Working cross-functionally with product owners, Marketing & Sales teams, and other stakeholders.
- Working collaboratively with various business functions to align Marketing IT product goals with overall business objectives.
- Develop and manage IT product certifications from beginning to end, including scope, timelines, hardware procurement, resource allocation, testing, and issue and risk analysis
- Works with customers and engineering to define/clarify features, roadmap priority, customer experience, user experience, compliance, accessibility, and other requirements.
- Drives feature discussions with customers, engineers, and other functions. Produces clear, concise documents.
- Understands technologies within product area. Can articulate technology requirements for a feature/API (e. g. , performance, latency). Asks the right technical questions; can identify risks in technology design choices.
- Act as an escalation point for the requesting team and project stakeholders to manage risks, develop mitigation plans and path to green throughout the life of the request.
Now here's what we need from you:
- Extensive experience in product management in IT or business, preferably in digital asset and content mgt using Adobe suite.
- Strong understanding of content management systems and digital asset management platforms.
- Communication, presentation and influencing skills to manage globally distributed internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in integrating Digital Asset Management Systems with other systems, such as CRM, Marketing Channels, HR, Internal Comms platforms.
- Ability to lead teams/virtual teams successfully, conduct agreements with product teams re: bug fixes, workarounds, feature requests, programmatic/API changes to balance globalization and product team interests.
- Excellent analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills including conducting research, analyzing data, developing hypotheses, and synthesizing recommendations.
- Proven experience with observing, clarifying, and detailing customer needs and translating them into product requirements.
- Ability to clearly detail, prioritize and validate problem statements and translate into project requirements and user stories.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
