IT PRODUCT OWNER - GLOBAL HR DEPARTMENT

**Posizione**:

- Translating business requirements into IT specifications and user stories.

- Collaborating and coordinating with the responsible business process owner.

- Leading ongoing improvements and further product development.

- Ensuring the system operates as defined and addressing all interfaces.

- Coordinating external partner relations for system management.

- Creating technical RICEFW specifications and IT realization concepts.

- Providing operational IT support.

**Requisiti**:

**Additional Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with SAP payroll configuration.

- PMI / IMPI certification (optional).

- ITIL certification for IT service management.

- Familiarity with at least one National Collective Labor Agreement (optional).

For this international role, **proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level** is required.
