Purpose of Position: We are looking for an IT Project Manager to oversee the entire IT project portfolio and coordinate various resources, teams and stakeholders both internal and external. The main responsibilities are developing detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and delivering every project on time within budget and scope.

Description of main Responsibilities / Activities: Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projectsEnsure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budgetDevelop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibilityEnsure resource availability and allocationDevelop a detailed project plan to track progressUse appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scopeMeasure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniquesReport and escalate to management as neededManage the relationship with the client and all stakeholdersPerform risk management to minimize project risksConduct post-project evaluation and identify "lessons learned"Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendorsCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentationEducation: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related fieldProfessional Tools / Skills: Experiences: +10 years of experience in IT project management in multinational contextLanguage Skills: Fluent written and spoken English is mandatoryComputer Skills: Ability to leverage Project Management Softwares; Microsoft and Cloud Solutions competencesBehavioural requirements: MotivationFocus to resultsRespectTransparencyCertification: PMP or Project Management Certifications is a plus
