For a leading Cruise Line Company I'm looking for an IT Project Manager focused in Finance field.

The chosen IT Project Manager will be dedicated to financial projects and portfolios, including, partnering with the business lines and coordinating the IT teams to identify, design and implement the best IT solutions, with the high level objectives to optimize the customer experience and to increase process efficiency.

Main responsibilities: be in the business review and strategic meetings as technology expertoptimize the business value delivered by projects and solutions, promoting synergies among IT strategy and businesscoordinate the demandprioritize projects plan and scheduling resources efficientlyshare project learning and knowledgefacilitate team collaborationproduce high level project reports for stakeholders and executive committeeKey requirements: Bachelor's Degree (Master's Degree preferred) in STEM areas/ Information Technology or EconomyStrong experience (at least 7 years) in global companies' technology programs implementationTrack-record as IT Finance Systems Project Manager and applied knowledge of the different methodologiesKnowledge of Finance tecnhnology evolutionary scenariosBusiness analysis & data management competencesEffectiveness in engaging resources spread across the organization fuctionsExcellent knowledge of Office 365 and collaboration toolsFluent English is essential (B2 level), any other foreign language would be a plusPromoting openness and transparency, welcoming feedback and others' ideasOpen to diversity and cultural differencesReal team player able to encourage and help others in giving their bestStrongly committed to enhance sustainability
